Description

Special license plates; members, former members of US Navy, surviving spouses. Authorizes the issuance of special license plates for members and former members of the US Navy and their surviving spouses. These plates are exempt from the 30-day deadline for applications provided for in subdivision B 1 of 46.2-725; instead issuance is contingent on submission of 450 prepaid applications to DMV within two years.
