Description

Department of Human Resource Management; universal leave system for classified employees. Requires the Director of the Department of Human Resource Management to develop a universal leave system for classified employees to be effective January 1, 2015. The bill sets out the provisions that must be included in a universal leave system and requires the Director to report on the development of this new leave system on or before December 1, 2014.
