Edmond Sandoval writes:

This Bill has been overlooked for many years. There has been so much evidence that has been proven to justify passing the bill. It is unfortunate that we were made to go to Vietnam to assist in a war by our government. Now we are showing all of the illnesses that the ground troops have and our government won't even help us. Shame on all of you. Put yourself in our place and realize that your life is cut short by decades for something that you did with pride for someone else. What has our government turned into. Also blame should be directed to the Veterans Administration. They have the ability to reverse the 2002 act that took away the blue water vets benefits.
