Description
General Assembly Conflicts of Interests Act; disclosure requirements; gifts. Requires a legislator to report gifts received by a member of his immediate family exceeding $100 in value. The bill defines "immediate family" as the legislator's spouse and dependents residing in the same household. Read the Bill »
