Description

Charitable gaming; raffles by nonprofit organizations. Clarifies that the exemption for nonprofit organizations from the requirement to obtain a permit from the Division of Charitable Gaming prior to conducting raffles that generate annual gross receipts of $40,000 or less includes organizations granted tax-exempt status under 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code.
