Description
Number of circuit and district court judges in the 20th and 26th Circuits/Districts. Increases the number of circuit, general district, and juvenile court judges authorized for the 20th and 26th Judicial Circuits in accordance with a study report issued by the National Center for State Courts. These adjustments are also recommended by the Judicial Council and by the Committee on District Courts. The 20th Judicial Circuit consists of Loudoun, Rappahannock, and Fauquier Counties and the 26th Judicial Circuit and District consists of the Cities of Harrisonburg and Winchester and the Counties of Clarke, Frederick, Page, Rockingham, Shenandoah, and Warren.
