Description

Fire services and emergency medical services. Revises terminology related to fire services and emergency medical services and reorganizes provisions governing fire services and emergency medical services. The bill also eliminates provisions exempting leaving an infant at an emergency medical services agency from the definition of abuse or neglect of a child and increases the deemed salary for volunteer firefighters and volunteer emergency medical services personnel for the purposes of unemployment compensation from $300 per month to $500 per month.
