HOA Homeowner writes:

Thanks Delegate Reeves, for introducing a Bill that reins in the power of HOAs.

At least a little.

Bob writes:

Thank you Senator Reeves,
Appreciate any effort to curtail the too often, over reaching and abusive powers of HOA boards and their agents to impose myriad fees and charges. The only beneficiaries of additional fees are property management companies and the HOA attorneys who are all too happy to get paid to collect them.
