Description

Virginia Freedom of Information Act FOIA); certain proprietary records of the Department of Rail and Public Transportation. Removes obsolete references to applicable federal law in the records exemption for the Department of Rail and Public Transportation. The bill also provides that certain proprietary records provided by the National Railroad Passenger Corporation to the Department are also exempt from the mandatory disclosure provisions of FOIA.
