Description

Health insurance policies; coverage; conversion policies. Repeals provisions relating to the conversion of coverage under a group policy to an individual policy, including the option to obtain continuation coverage under the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 through an individual policy.
