Description
Public-Private Transportation Act of 1995; approval of schedule of tolls and fees. Prohibits the inclusion in a comprehensive agreement under the Public-Private Transportation Act of 1995 of a schedule of tolls or user fees for a road, highway, tunnel, or bridge unless the General Assembly, by joint resolution, has approved the schedule. The measure also requires that any user fees provided for in a comprehensive agreement be set forth in a schedule that has been approved by the General Assembly. Read the Bill »
