Description
Disclosure of certain tax information. Requires the Department of Taxation to disclose the total aggregate amount of an income tax deduction or credit taken by all taxpayers, regardless of how few the number of taxpayers, upon request by the General Assembly or any duly constituted committee of the General Assembly. Under current practice the Department of Taxation does not disclose such information if fewer than four taxpayers took the deduction or credit. Read the Bill »
