Elected school boards; tie breaker. Requires the tie breaker of any elected school board to be elected in the same manner as the members of the school board. Currently tie breakers for elected school boards are appointed by the school board. Amends § 15.2-627, § 22.1-57.3, § 22.1-75, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
