Waldo Jaquith writes:

This is weird. This bill requires that at, of the members of this board that advises on state revenue estimates: "at least one of whom shall have served and shall have been honorably discharged from the armed forces of the United States or in the organized reserve forces of any of the armed services of the United States or of the Virginia National Guard." I wonder what the logic is behind this?
