Description

Precious metals dealers; retail merchants; exemption. Exempts purchases of precious metals or gems by a retail merchant from the statutory requirements of precious metals dealers, provided (i) the retail merchant has a permanent place of business and (ii) the purchases of precious metals or gems do not exceed five percent of the retail merchant's total business revenue.
