Description

Contracts; recording requirements. Deletes a reference to a subsection of the Code that was repealed in 2000 by HB 1204, which updated Article 9 (Secured Transactions) of the Uniform Commercial Code. There is no corresponding subsection in Article 9A which replaced Article 9.  The bill is a recommendation of the Code Commission. Read the Bill »
