Memo for Phil Filechurner, Esq.

Well, Phil, here's another bad bill for CAI Management Companies and law firms like ours.

What's the big deal about HOAs charging absentee owners an HOA fee just because their tenant pays the same fee for the same house?

The HOA collects twice the money and the owner and tenant pay the same fee, right? Twice as much money for the HOA from the same lot. Twice as much money WITHOUT the HOA management company doing any extra work.

This has been one of the greatest scams, er, schemes we ever came up with! And now this Delegate Ed Scott wants to take it away from us.

We need the CAI lobby to weigh in BIG TIME on this to convince Delegate Scott how wrong he is!

Have a profitable day!

Following up, Phil.

Attaboy, pal. The CAI Lobby came through again!

This bill was "stricken from the docket by voice vote" in a House subcommittee.
