Description

Virginia Community College System; quorum and main office of the State Board for Community Colleges. Removes the requirement that the main office of the State Board for Community Colleges be located in the City of Richmond and permits the main office to be located anywhere in the Commonwealth. The bill also changes from seven to eight the number of members of the Board that constitute a quorum for all purposes. The bill contains technical amendments. Read the Bill »
