Description

National accrediting organizations; Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. Replaces outdated references to the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations with references to any national accrediting organization granted authority by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to ensure compliance with Medicare conditions of participation. Amends § 23-77.3, § 32.1-111.3, § 32.1-125.1, § 32.1-127, § 8.01-225.01, § 8.01-581.16, § 8.01-581.17, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
