Periodic quantitative rating of highways. Requires that periodic quantitative ratings of primary or secondary highway segments by VDOT include any commonly-referred-to names of the segments and relevant zip codes. Read the Bill »

ZIP code? I think geospatial coordinates would really be more useful. There is such a thing of a ZIP code for a given stretch of road, but that's like providing the telephone area code—you can do it, but it doesn't mean much.
