Description

Fraud and Abuse Whistle Blower Protection Act; applicability to Virginia citizens. Expands the protections of the Fraud and Abuse Whistle Blower Protection Act to Virginia citizens and makes Virginia citizens eligible for an award from the Fraud and Abuse Whistle Blower Reward Fund, provided they meet the requirements of the Act.
