Description

Forensic Science Board; Scientific Advisory Committee; membership. Provides that the positions on the Scientific Advisory Committee set aside for members of the Board of the International Association for Identification and the Board of the Association of Firearms and Toolmark Examiners may be held by a member of organizations and not have to be Board members. Currently, the positions must be held by board members of the organizations. The bill contains technical amendments. Read the Bill »
