Description

Cemetery Board; powers and duties; special interments. Provides that a cemetery company may have a section in the cemetery devoted to the interment of human remains and those of their companion animals or the interment of companion animals only under certain circumstances. The bill requires the Cemetery Board to adopt such regulations as the Board deems appropriate and necessary to implement its provisions. The bill defines companion animal. Read the Bill »
