Description
Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission; filings. Eliminates the ability of parties to a workers' compensation proceeding to file documents or materials with the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission by telegraph. The measure also permits the filing of documents and materials only by means of electronic transmission approved by the Commission. Read the Bill »
