Description
Elections; Campaign Finance Disclosure Act; candidates and campaign committees. Requires that all documents, including statements of organization and campaign finance reports, be filed electronically with the State Board of Elections. Currently, the law allows candidates to choose whether to file electronically or on paper. The ability for some local candidates to request exemption from some filing requirements is not changed.
