Description
Concealed handgun permits; lifetime permits. Provides for the issuance of concealed handgun permits for Virginia residents that do not expire. Currently, such permits must be renewed every five years. Read the Bill »

Comments
While I agree with concealed permits, I do believe that the owners of the permits should have to show that they are still competent every so often. Just like I have to qualify with my handgun every 6 months, concealed permit holders should also have to "re-up" their qualifications from time to time.
