Description

Extended service contracts. Expands the types of services that may be provided under an extended service contract to include certain types of damage to a motor vehicle, the replacement of motor vehicle keys, and the installation or application of certain materials on a motor vehicle. The measure also authorizes the Board of Agriculture and Consumer Services to designate additional services that may be provided under an extended service contract. Read the Bill »
