Teacher licensure; career and technical education endorsement. Requires every teacher seeking licensure with an endorsement in career and technical education to have an industry certification credential in the subject area in which the teacher seeks endorsement that is earned by successfully passing a Board of Education-approved industry certification examination, being issued a state professional license, or passing an occupational competency examination.
