Description

Driving under the influence; first offenders; license conditions. Eliminates the requirement that a driver's license be suspended for one year for an adult first offender with a blood alcohol content under 0.15 and instead requires the offender to have an ignition interlock for one year. Amends § 18.2-270.1, § 18.2-271, § 18.2-271.1, § 18.2-272, § 46.2-316, § 46.2-389, § 46.2-391, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
