Description
Statute of limitations; damage to property; actions by the Commonwealth. Provides for a statute of limitations of five years for actions for injury to property brought by the Commonwealth. Currently, the five-year statute of limitations for injury to property does not apply to actions brought by the Commonwealth. Read the Bill »
