Description
MIRC; recommendations for changes to the Commonwealth's Medicaid program; report. Directs the Medicaid Innovation and Reform Commission to develop recommendations for changes to the Commonwealth's Medicaid program, to ensure that the expected cost to the Commonwealth of the Medicaid program will not require a tax increase or a net reduction in other general fund programs for the foreseeable future, and report such recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly by December 15, 2014.
