Description

Study; viral hepatitis within the Commonwealth; report. Directs the Joint Commission on Health Care to identify resources available, and needed, for the treatment and prevention of viral hepatitis. The resolution directs the Commission to ascertain regulatory and other factors limiting the treatment and prevention of viral hepatitis and to identify opportunities for integration of viral hepatitis treatment within new or existing HIV-positive treatment programs.
