Description

DMAS; work search requirements for newly eligible Medicaid enrollees. Requires the Department of Medical Assistance Services to apply for a waiver of certain Medicaid program requirements to establish a work search requirement for newly eligible working-age unemployed and working-age underemployed enrollees and to report on its progress to the Governor and the General Assembly by December 1, 2014.
