Description

Virginia Real Estate Time-Share Act; alternative purchase. Provides for the registration with the Common Interest Community Board of alternative purchases that are offered to potential purchasers during the developer's sales presentation. The bill also requires the developer to notify the Board within 30 days of any material change in any previously registered alternative purchase. Read the Bill »
