Description

Terms of hunting, trapping, and fishing licenses and permits. Allows the Department of Game and Inland Fisheries to issue hunting, trapping, and fishing licenses valid for one year from a future effective date. Under current law, such licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Read the Bill »
