Description

Compensation for livestock or poultry. Removes the cap on the fair market value that the owner of livestock or poultry that has been killed or injured by dogs is entitled to receive as compensation, provided certain procedures are followed. Currently, such compensation cannot exceed $400 per animal or $10 per fowl. Read the Bill »
