Regional Criminal Justice Academy Training Fund. Provides that a locality operating a certified independent criminal justice academy as of July 1, 2014, may assess certain criminal conviction fees to support such academy in addition to receiving funding from the Regional Criminal Justice Academy Training Fund. Currently only a locality operating its local academy as of July 1, 2010, is allowed to charge such fees. Read the Bill »
