Description

Concealed handgun permits; records. Provides that any references to the issuance of a concealed handgun permit before July 1, 2008, from any order book or other records maintained by a circuit court clerk are exempt from the requirement that such orders be withheld from public disclosure. The bill also directs circuit court clerks to issue replacement permits to permit holders who undergo a lawful name change. Read the Bill »
