Description

Exemption from reporting citizenship status of prisoners for certain correctional facilities. Exempts correctional facilities that make use of the Secure Communities program administered by U.S. Customs and Immigration Enforcement from notifying the Central Criminal Records Exchange as to the results of an inquiry of the immigration status of an inmate. Such results are automatically communicated through the Secure Communities program. Read the Bill »
