I support this bill. Nonviolent offenders shouldn't be subjected to such cruel sentences. These felon's punishments don't fit their crimes, and it's the reasonable and humane legislative action moving forward to reduce their sentences. Please hear and pass SB661 into law.

I support this bill.Nonviolent should be released early, they have to be in there with other offender that has worst crimes they are treated the same as they are,not fair, but who said the system was fair ,right! Please hear and pass the bill SB661,it is also over crowed and that would solve another problem.
