Description

Campaign finance; fundraising during legislative sessions. Extends the current prohibition against campaign fundraising during legislative sessions to include candidates for the General Assembly or statewide office and their campaign committees. Currently, the prohibition applies only to members of the General Assembly, statewide officials, and their campaign committees. Read the Bill »
