Description

Visiting of wildlife traps. Requires the Board of Game and Inland Fisheries to adopt regulations allowing the use of remote trap-checking technology to determine if there is wildlife in the trap. Current law requires trappers to visit their traps either daily or, in the case of body-gripping traps, once every 72 hours and remove all animals that have been caught in the traps. Read the Bill »
