Description

Powers and duties of the Joint Commission on Transportation Accountability. Adds to the duties of the Joint Commission on Transportation Accountability (JCTA) (i) reviewing actions of the Commonwealth Transportation Board and (ii) making recommendations to the General Assembly on necessary transportation legislation.
