Description
Solicitation of contributions on roadways. Provides that any locality may by ordinance allow pedestrians over the age of 18 who are part of, or working on behalf of, a 501(c)(3) organization, to enter one or more roadways for the purpose of soliciting contributions that are devoted to charitable or community betterment purposes.
