Description

Health benefit exchange; information on health benefit plans. Requires health carriers that offer health benefit plans for sale to persons in the Commonwealth through an exchange to provide to the operator of the exchange's website certain information about those plans, to be posted on the exchange's website. Copies of the information provided to the website operator, together with evidence that the information was provided to the website operator, shall be submitted to the State Corporation Commission (SCC). The SCC is directed to make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information provided to the website operator is made available to persons who access the website. Read the Bill »
