Description
Statewide drill simulating an electromagnetic pulse disaster. Requires the Governor to designate an attack on the Commonwealth involving an electromagnetic pulse as the disaster scenario for the required 2015 annual statewide drill on large-scale disasters. In conducting the drill, the Governor shall use modeling and simulation technology to assess the effects of the damage with and without mitigation measures in place. The required report on the results of the drill shall include recommendations as to steps that government or private entities might take to mitigate damages in the event of such an attack.
