Description

Replacement of tributary strategies. Replaces the tributary strategies for cleaning up the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries, which were last prepared in 2003-2004, with the Water Implementation Plans (WIPs) developed pursuant to the Chesapeake Bay total maximum daily load (TMDL). The bill authorizes the Secretary of Natural Resources to oversee the development and implementation of the WIPs. Read the Bill »
