Description

Voter registration; voter list maintenance. Extends the current prohibition against periodic list maintenance within the 90 days preceding a federal primary or general election to all primary and general elections. The bill also requires that the processing of registered voter lists developed through list comparisons with other states is to be completed in accordance with the current laws for regular periodic list maintenance.
