Description

Crisis intervention specialists; community services boards; behavioral health authorities; emergency custody or temporary detention. Provides for the certification of crisis intervention specialists and crisis intervention specialist licensed clinical supervisors. The bill also requires community services boards and behavioral health authorities to employ or contract with certified crisis intervention specialists for evaluations for emergency custody or temporary detention.
