Description
Child support; notice of administrative support order. Allows the Department of Social Services to serve notice of an administrative support order, or a review of such order, by electronic means. Under current law, absent a formal waiver, notice must be served in accordance with the provisions of 8.01-296, 8.01-327, or 8.01-329 or by certified mail, return receipt requested. Read the Bill »
